Gloo AI Chat is a commercial conversational assistant developed by Gloo, LLC. It uses retrieval-augmented generation to provide responses based on values-aligned and ministry-approved sources. The platform can be embedded into church websites or applications. Churches and organizations are able to configure the assistant so that its answers reflect their own theological positions. The system includes guardrails to limit inappropriate or inconsistent outputs. Although it is used by nonprofit ministries, the product itself is operated as a commercial SaaS service.
